Today is the 60th anneversary of the Hiroshima bombing. Nagasaki is next week (the 9th i believe. Japan gave up on the 15th). There's a Holiday here called Obon ("o-bone") where they go to their family's cemetaries to pay respects. I came to japan 2 years ago tomorrow, so i did that with my family. I'm just getting pepped for my trip on the 14th. I'm going to Fukuoka (the closest city to Nagasaki prefecture) until the 19th. Well, i'll try and keep updated. There's no practice now so every day i expected to be boring....my friends still have clubs or else are in new zealand or working....they don't go out nearly as much as i do with my friends in america. oh well, talk to you later
